1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the batjeli website or mobile platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and batjeli (the "Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

batjeli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. The most current version of these terms will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly stated at the top. Your continued use of batjeli following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered on batjeli, including but not limited to: cricket sportsbook betting, live casino games, slots, crash games (including Aviator by Spribe), fishing games, and any promotional or bonus offer made available to registered Bangladesh players. All services are provided in English and all financial transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

batjeli is an adult-only platform. Access and use of the platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account or placing any bet on batjeli, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We take underage gambling extremely seriously, and any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, with all associated funds returned after identity verification.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy the following eligibility conditions to use batjeli:

• You are accessing the platform as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party or as a business entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from batjeli or had an account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of batjeli or any of its affiliated software or payment providers.
• You are registering only one account in your own legal name. Duplicate or multi-accounting is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

batjeli employs identity verification procedures to confirm player eligibility. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or other recognised identification document issued in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

To place bets or play casino games on batjeli, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a contact phone number. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on batjeli. If you discover that you have inadvertently created more than one account, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat so that the duplicate account can be identified and closed. batjeli reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to apply any applicable bonus rules across the combined account history.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. batjeli will never ask you for your password through any channel — including live chat, email, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the batjeli support team immediately and change your password. batjeli shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not reuse on other websites or apps.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account security settings for an additional layer of protection.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device — particularly when accessing batjeli from internet cafés or shared mobile devices common in Bangladesh.
• Do not click on links in unsolicited emails or messages claiming to be from batjeli — always navigate directly to the platform.

batjeli uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all connections to protect the transmission of your personal and financial data. However, no security system is entirely infallible, and we recommend that you take all reasonable personal precautions to protect your account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

batjeli offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Bangladesh players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses for new players, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slots, and seasonal promotions tied to BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and major international cricket tournaments including IPL and the T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms stated at the time of the offer.

• One Bonus Per Player: Each registered player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and permanent account closure.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also known as playthrough requirements). The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time window; any remaining bonus funds will expire after that window closes.
• Minimum Odds: For sports betting bonuses (including cricket BPL and IPL promotions), bets placed to contribute toward wagering requirements must be placed at minimum odds as specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed below the minimum qualifying odds will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Maximum Bet While Using Bonus Funds: When a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet limit of ৳500 per bet or spin applies unless the specific promotion states a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute different percentages toward bonus wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute a lower percentage (often 10–20%), and sports betting contributions vary by market. The exact contribution rates for each promotion will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Right to Withdraw or Amend: batjeli reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds already credited will continue to be subject to the wagering requirements applicable at the time of credit.

Misuse of promotions — including but not limited to systematic bonus hunting, matched betting using multiple accounts, or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculation — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. batjeli reserves the right to void all bets, forfeit all bonus funds, and close accounts where abuse is identified.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

batjeli is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable betting environment for all registered Bangladesh players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Match Fixing & Corruption: Any attempt to place bets based on advance knowledge of fixed or corrupt sporting outcomes, or any involvement in match-fixing activity in connection with any sport covered by the batjeli sportsbook, is strictly forbidden and may be reported to the relevant sporting authorities.
• Automated Betting Tools: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other mechanical means to place bets or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited. All bets must be placed manually by a registered human player.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market — including chip dumping in live casino poker variants or coordinated crash game betting — is a serious breach of fair play rules.
• Money Laundering: Depositing funds obtained through illegal means and using batjeli to clean or move those funds is strictly prohibited. batjeli operates full AML (anti-money laundering) and KYC (know your customer) compliance procedures and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to legitimate batjeli transactions constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.
• Impersonation: Registering under a false name, impersonating another person, or providing falsified identity documents during the KYC process is a serious breach of these terms and applicable law.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or reported error are not valid and will be voided.

batjeli's fraud and security team monitors all account and transaction activity continuously. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended immediately pending investigation. batjeli's decision in all integrity matters is final.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

batjeli reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Account holder found to be under 18 years of age.
• Participation in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 above.
• Request by a player to self-exclude under the batjeli responsible gaming policy.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your batjeli account at any time by contacting the English-language support team via live chat. If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because you feel your gambling is becoming problematic — our team will apply a self-exclusion and provide information on support resources available in Bangladesh. Any pending withdrawal amounts will be processed to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. batjeli may charge a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month on balances in dormant accounts after providing 30 days' prior written notice to your registered email address. Any remaining balance after applicable fees will continue to be held and is redeemable upon account reactivation by the verified account holder.

Final Note: These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and batjeli in respect of your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
